An intimate complex of 3 buildings, each with 3 floors, that
surround a courtyard and freshwater swimming pool. The street in
front of the hotel is uncongested and provides for easy exit and
entrance. It is an easy walk to Kukulcan Boulevard. There is parking
in front of the hotel. Oliver's Continental Palapa Restaurant and
our dock, border the tranquil Nichupte Lagoon.
61 rooms broken down as follows: 36 studios, 14 bedroom suites, 4
three bedroom suite and 7 standar rooms. All studios and suites have
two double beds, kitchenette with utensils, refrigerator, stove, air
conditioning, shower, telephone, color satellite T.V., marble floors
and balcony.

The Imperial Laguna Cancun is located on a quiet residential street
off Kukulcan Boulevard, in Cancun's hotel zone. It is a 5 minutes
walk to Plaza Caracol, the Cancun Convention Center and the best
nightclubs and shopping malls, 25 minutes by taxi to Cancun
International Airport and 15 minutes by taxi to downtown.
