Payment
policy:
To hold a reservation we accept credit card payments online via
our secure connection and certified for the clearance and
processing of online credit card charges.

also accept credit card information by fax at +52 (998) 848 14
83 or by phone at +52 (998) 848 10 60 & +52 (998) 848 18 64.
The actual charge to the card will be made the 15th day prior to
the arrival day. (Some exceptions at some hotels may occur.
Customers will be informed in due time by e-mail.)

Cancellation Policies

Over 15 days, full refund.
- 15 to 7 days, 15% charge of the total
- 6 days or less & no-shows will be charged the 15%
cancellation cont plus o one night penalty.
Cancellations MUST be made directly with
Cancun All Tours.com to be valid.

guarantees the booked hotel rates independent from possible
future rate and currency increases and other changes. By
submitting the reservation and the payment, the customer accepts
this policy.

& Responsibility:
Cancun All Tours.com will be responsible only for the
reservation and not situations inherent to hotel and tour operations.

card safety:
To make online transactions secure we use Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) technology to encrypt credit card and other sensitive
information. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized
individuals from viewing your information as it is securely
transmitted over the internet.

Once
received your credit card information is not transmitted over
the internet again.

Customer’s
financial information is only sent to the credit card clearing
company and is never available at Cancun All Tours.com.
Cancun All Tours.com personnel has therefore no access to credit
card information.
