Day 1: Los Mochis
Arrival to the international airport of Los Mochis; where you will be received by the hotel staff and transferred to your hotel. You will receive your travel documents that contain hotel coupons, train tickets and your itinerary.
Afternoon is at leisure.

Day 2: Los Mochis - Creel
This morning at 5:15 am you will be transferred by the hotel staff to the train station to board the Chihuahua al Pacifico Express first class train, better known as “Chepe”.
The train leaves Los Mochis at 6:00 am. Enjoy the most interesting part of the journey on the train crossing several bridges and tunnels that adorn the breathtaking view from the Sierra Madre offers. Enjoy the comfort of the train that offers a dining room and reclining seats for passengers. Arrival at 4:00 pm approximately and transfer to the hotel by its staff.
Rest of the afternoon free to enjoy this picturesque Tarahumara village a “Pueblo Magico”

Day 3: Creel - Divisadero/Posada Barrancas
Early this morning the hotel staff will contact you to start a tour of Creel, visiting a Tarahumara Community, the Arareco Lake, the Mushroom Valley (rock formations), the San Ignacio old Mission (a Tarahumara church) and a Tarahumara cave. Return to the hotel in time to be transferred by the hotel staff to the train station. The train leaves Creel at 11:15 a.m. and arrives to Divisadero/Posada Barrancas at 2:00 p.m. approximately. Upon arriving you will be transferred by the hotel staff. After you check in, you will have your first encounter with the majestic Canyon while you enjoy your included lunch at the hotel restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy a guided walking tour along the rim (please check schedules at the reception, they will provide the tour) and enjoy the Tarahumara sunset from the hotel balconies. Dinner included at the hotel.

This afternoon enjoy the wonderful sunset that the Copper Canyon gives to us. The breathtaking view from the balconies of your hotel will let you appreciate the beauty of the place and understand the immensity of the Tarahumara world.
Day 4: Divisadero/Posada Barrancas - Los Mochis
Breakfast included at the hotel, then free morning for walking tours on your own to different views points like Mirador Piedra Volada, challenge your spirit of adventure in the hanging bridge that crosses a small canyon or ride in the aerial Tram or zip line (optional-not included) or simply buy nice crafts from the Tarahumaras.
In the afternoon you will be transferred to the train station by the hotel staff to board the train Chepe at 2:00 pm approximately to Los Mochis. Arrival at 9:00 pm approximately and transfer to the hotel by its staff.

Transfer to the airport by the hotel staff two hours before your flight. End of services.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE DEPARTURE FROM CANCUN
Do you have Hotel pickup service?
All our Land Tours have pick up service from most of the Hotels in Cancun Hotel zone, downtown and Playa Mujeres.
There are just a few hotels that we do not have pick up service, due the streets are small for a bus or are in a pedestrian street, in these, cases we always look for a Hotel located walking distance from your hotel to pick you up.
Once we now the Hotel that you will be staying, we can look for the closest Hotel option to pick you up.
Most of our tours by boat or water sports activities depart from a duck or Marina in the Cancun Hotel Zone and are close to the hotels, and it is very easy to get there only taking a public bus or a taxi, the public bus rate is cheap only 80 cents of a dollar.
Once you reserve we will send you an electronic tour voucher with the departure time, place and how to get there.
Now if you prefer to be picked up at your hotel we can arrange transportation with an extra cost, ask your sales executive to give you options and prices.
Questions about reservations and cancellations
How much in advance, should I make the reservation?
We do recommend you to make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the tour that you like, whenever you want to go.
There are many times we have no space available, so we recommend to make your reservations at least 5-6 days in advance.
HOW TO RESERVE?
You can reserve in a very easy process of 4 steps:
1.- Once you have chosen the tour that you like to buy, put the number of adults and children that you like to reserve, after chose the date and the click on “click to quote here” and the quotation screen will appear, check the price and if you like to buy it just click on “Add to cart”.
2.- Your Shopping cart screen will appear and if you like to add more services just chose what kind of service you like to add and it will take you the menu of the service you chose. you can add as many as you like, when you finish just fill the blanks with the information required, you can read the Privacy Notice and then click on “I agree and continue”.
3.- The payment screen will appear with your name and the total you have to pay, just click “Pay Now”.
4.- You will be directed to Pay Pal web site. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, PayPal Smart Connect or account balances, without sharing financial information. Right after you made the payment you will receive a receipt of payment and in less than 24 hours, you will be receiving your Confirmed Electronic Service Vouchers with all important information like; pickup time and place, what to bring, meeting point and how to get there, etc. You have to print these tour vouchers and bring a copy with you, in order to give the tour vouchers for every service to the guides at boarding time or at the piers at check in time.

Do I have to pay always the total cost of my purchase at once?
If you are buying hotels, or escorted tours, yes you have to pay the total cost of your purchase.
If you are buying tours, transfers or renting private yachts or catamarans, your sales executive can assign a deposit, and the balance can be pay at least 3 days before the date of the service.
In some cases and if you request it, you can pay the balance at boarding or check in time, ask your sales executive if you need to prefer to do these.
How can I check the status of my reservation?
It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation, so you always can check at the main page (home) of www.cancunalltours.com at “My reservation” only by writing your name, last name and reservation number.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our Tour Cancellation Policies are as follow:
- Over 48 hours before your service time, a full refund will apply.
- From 47 to 36 hours before your service time 80% refund will apply
- 35 hours to the same day and no-mostrars no refund will be given.
What happened if I reserve and the prices increase when I take the tour?

What Happen If the wheatear conditions are nor good?
We do have a Weather Guarantee; If you like to change the date of the tour due a bad weather conditions you can do it without any charge if you do it at least 24 hours before the service time.
