Tours began as a vision of three men, disappointed with the lack of
quality service tourists were receiving in the Cancun market, and even
more disappointed with the way representatives were treated within the
market. Acting as representatives in the past, our founders ran into
the most frustrating situations, when tours were cancelled at the last
minute due to lack of reservations or transportation, and thus they were
sent scrambling to find other, and sometimes inferior service.
Believing this should never happen, the founders of Magic Tours
knew that quality service needed not just to be shown to the tourist, as a
client, but also to every sales representative, wholesaler, and tour
provider. Quality service had
to start from the core of the company, and extended outward through all
levels; only then could it truly shine through at the clients' end.
The
founders of Magic Tours have over 30 years of combined experience in the
travel industry. They have
worked in all aspects of the industry, and understand the areas of service
that most companies overlook. It
is from this experience, and the desire to create a company with better
quality service and more personalized attention, that we bring you Magic
Tours.
Magic
Tours began as a small tours operator here in Cancun.
Our first office was in the house of one of our founders, and we
provided tour transportation in our one van.
Our reputation to quality service and personalized attention was
first cemented when other agencies realized we were providing tours to
just one or two people rather than canceling or postponing. Over the next two years Magic
Tours
moved into independent offices,
increased our transportation to several vans, buses, and limousines, and
began offering many other services in addition to tours. In a very short time, due to our reputation of excellence we
managed unheard of feats. Our
work with small groups increased rapidly as word of our focus to personal
attention spread, and we also began providing various services to large
companies such as American Express, Apple Vacations, and Thomas Moore.
Today,
Magic Tours resides in state of the art offices in one the most densely
populated areas of Cancun. We
are a full-service travel agency, with the SABRE communication system
installed in our ticketing office. Our
staff is well-educated and multi-lingual.
We offer a variety of languages including English, French, Spanish,
German, and Italian. Our
staff is enthusiastic and willing to please, supported by the company
mission.
Magic
Tours
ground operations handle groups and conventions up to 1,500 people, while
still maintaining our original focus and goals of service and attention. Our small company market continually grows stronger, as word
spreads of our reputation. We
offer a variety of services and tours (collective and private), depending
on your clients needs. In
fact,

has set an example here in Cancun, that many travel agencies are
now attempting to duplicate.
Another

operate our own tours to selected sites in our vans.
The groups never exceed 12 people, and each van come with snacks,
drinks, private driver, and tour guide.
