Magic Tours can represent your company at your client´s destination as Magic Tours.  This option is the standard procedure.  A Magic Tours representative will meet your client at the airport with a sign of their individual or group name, transfer them to their hotel, and assist them with any information necessary, tour reservations, or problems that may arise throughout the duration of their stay.

Or we can represent your company at your client´s destination under your own company’s identity.  This option is a very good way to continue to promote your company at the point of destination.  A Magic Tours representative (wearing your company's logo or even dressed in your company's official uniform) will meet your clients at the airport with a sign of the group name and your company's logo.  They will be transfered to their hotel in a vehicle doning magnetic signs with your company's logo, as well.  This signage will be used on all magic tours transportation the group utilize during the duration of their stay.  

Or we can receive your own company representative here in Cancun with the support of our agency. In the cases of large groups or conventions with an internal group representative, we can receive that person and offer access to all of our facilities.  We can provide an office, staff support, and our internal communication system.  Under special conditions we can also provide accomodation and transportation to the representative.
