The first encounter: learn and have fun!
Discover the dolphin’s best-kept secrets in a safe and fun-filled environment. You will be surprised by the great intelligence and friendliness of these wonderful marine mammals.
You will also have the opportunity to hug it, kiss it, let it kiss you on the cheek, and enjoy watching your new friend while it performs a series of amazing behaviors. They will make you tingle with excitement!
This program is ideal for children… of all ages.
Duration of program: 45 minutes (including orientation).
We recommend that guests bring towels and extra money for taxis, shopping, lunch, etc.

Children under the age of 2 participate free of charge (with a paying adult). Children under 8 years old are welcome to participate when also accompanied by a paying adult.
We do not permit pregnant women to participate in this program.

The use of safety vests is required in all Dolphin Discovery programs.

We offer Encounters with Dolphins at our Mexican facilities on the islands of Cozumel and Isla Mujeres and in Puerto Aventuras, and also at Tortola, British Virgin Islands. We suggest that people staying in Cancun and at Isla Mujeres use our Isla Mujeres facility. People staying at the Moon Palace or in the Riviera Maya should use the Puerto Aventuras location, and people staying in Cozumel should visit Dolphin Discovery Cozumel.
