REGATA |

We
will supply all the
materials to construct a
sea worthy raft. Each team
will receive nesessary
supplies: 6 inner tubes,
large mat, mast, balloons,
colored paper, threat,
rope, and coloring
materials and six large
buoys for additional
flotation and seating.
Each member may use all of
the supplies as they see
fit. You supply the
imagination, ingenuity,
team work and
flipper-power to design,
construct, and power your
seaworthy creation. We
will allow 20 – 30
minutes for construction.
Each raft must withstand
the grueling punishment of
a 100 yard heat with 6 of
its theam members aboard.
Following construction:
most crative decoration
and cheer will be judged.
Then is off to the sea for
a little healthy
competition.
NOTE:
This
Regatta will consist of 4
heats, each heat will have
2 participants as paddlers
per ride (make teams) We
will have an open
men’s heat, open
lady’s heat, coed
men’s heat, open
lady’s heat. All heats
will have same distance
(100 yards). An additional
heat can be added if the
client so desires and if
the beach area is big
enough. The possibilities
are limited only by the
scope of you
imagination!!!
