5 Stars Hotel

The Mitachi Restaurant redesign by Mineo Mizuno the Japanese Ceramist with a focus on relaxed elegance, incorporating the Caribbean ambiance by including a Sushi Bar, as part of the 70 Japanese specialties by Chef Elmer Komagata.

Mitachi Restaurant with a huge potential for romantic stargazing during the evening, and exotic Caribbean landscape at daytime, is mainly sea-side situated where you can partake of tropical drinks, even more importantly, while enjoying fresh seafood in the contemporary Japanese cuisine style.

Mitachi Restaurant seating up to 120 people, inviting guests to enjoy the best of the Japanese specialties in a Caribbean ambiance.

The Club House "Hoyo 19"

Don’t forget you can find breakfast and light lunch as well as domestic and international cocktails at the golf course. While the Hoyo 19 Restaurant is primarily a convenience for players, all guests can enjoy this gathering place just a short walk or car-ride away from the lovely Hilton Hotel grounds.

El Kiosko

Adjacent to the expansive pool area, El Kiosko is the resort’s most casual venue. Just wear a swimsuit and a smile and you can enjoy snacks and sandwiches, tropical drinks and refreshments and all without leaving your lounge chair.

EL Kiosko seating up to 85 people

This cozy bar and grill serves snack food from 11:30 till 5:00 P.M. daily.

As you would expect, fast, courteous and complete room service is available 24 hours a day.

Entertaining

Galileo Lounge

Galileo LOUNGE is our New Bar! With International atmosphere where our guests find entertainment in 3 different sections.

You can meet with friends to enjoy special events in our Living Room overlooking the magnificence of the blue colored water of the Mexican Caribbean.

Also you can sit at the Bar and let our staff take care of you, they had been specially trained to help you select wines, liquors and international cocktails

Our happy hour is from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Domestic drinks)

Lives music is one of our assets; entreteiner Maycol from N.Y. performs from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. every night.
For cocktails and conversation, you may wish to sample the atrium Lobby Bar known for its variety of coffees, domestic and international drinks, cigars and tequilas, or meet friends at the swim-up pool bar for exotic drinks or the Beach Club Area Lounge for a cognac. Open until midnight.
