Restaurant-Bar of contemporary mexican food that represents through its cuisine and tequila the mexican traditions.

Aguascalientes soup
Light, creamy soup made with zucchini, fresh corn kernels, stewed tomatoes, pumpkin flowers and poblano peppers with a touch of our cream

Glazed pears with a touch of balsamic vinegar, spinach, baby lettuce and goats cheese

Main Dish:
Chicken breast '' al chipotle''
Chicken breast in the house sauce, chipotle chili pepper, goats cheese, avocado, coriander and onion.
Served with rice

Fish fillet au cilantro
Fish fillet cooked in a cilantro and sour cream sauce served with fried tortilla strips and


sauted vegetables

Apperitive:
Cream of poblano pepper with lobster


Lcrseam of poblano pepper with chopped fresh lobster

Main Dish:
Chicken skewers '' a la chutama''
Prepared with tomato, onion and green peppers, marinated in ''chutama'' sauce, then grilled to perfection. Served with rice
Or
Fish fillet in parsley sauce
Ccooked in a light cream sauce bleded with lots of parsley, garlic, and a touch of sour cream, garnished with fried parsley and mushrooms

Caramel and banana pouch
Crepes filled with fresh creamy bananas with toasted walnuts, served with vanilla

Leek & potato soup with shrimp
Diced potatoes and leeks cooked with tomatoes, pieces of shrimp and bacon

Spinach, lettuce, walnuts, grapes, fresh apples, goats cheese and peach slices, with balsamic dressing.

Main Dish:
Drunk tenderlon
Tender beef medallion marinated with porto and fine herbs, finished with green dried pumpkin seed, golden peanuts and sesame sauce. Served with sweet potato puree

Red sea fish fillet


Baked fish fillet, covered in a red pepper and shallot sauce, with shrimp. Served with rice

Tequila shrimp
Shrimp cooked with onions, tomatoes, cilantro, new potatoes and peas. Flambeed with tequila served with rice and beans sauce

Tenderloin medallion covered on a creamy sauce made with poblano pepper, spreaded with corn and garnished with pepper strips mixed with onions
