Located right on a 2km private beach of white sand and surrounded by a completely virgin natural park. It is 95km from Cancún and 80 km from Cancún International Airport; 25km from Playa del Carmen and 35km from Tulum. Inaugurated in October 1999.

Total 612 rooms (1224 beds), of which 591 are standard, with one king-size bed or 2 double beds. 18 Junior suites, with 2 double beds, sofa bed, separate living area and sea view, 3 Master suites with 1 king-size bed, Jacuzzi, sitting-dining room and sea view. All the rooms have: terrace, full bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, hair drier, ceiling fan, mini-bar, safe, telephone and voltage 110v. Electronic lock.
